Walmart pitches in to help Houston and New Orleans

In 2017, three major hurricanes made landfall in the US over the span of one month, creating over $280 billion in damages. Moved by the stories, pictures, and videos of the devastation, Walmart wanted to give aid alongside its customers with a 2:1 donation matching campaign. In just a handful of hours, we created emotional films to highlight resilience, optimism, and courage to create a poignant connection between those affected and those who had the power to help.

And in just 36 hours, Walmart customers raised $15M.

 

I worked on this project with Riley Kane, Bill Lee, Chris Lange, and Andrew Voss. Also got to work with the talented Kyle Chandler for the VO on that top one and I only a little starstruck.
