keeping an agency creative in a client world

We all have a need to make some cool shit. Alongside some creative leadership, my team created a system to grow good work with company funding that would be up for grabs to the best idea. Independent teams would concept, then present ideas to the whole agency. Everyone gets a vote. Winners get the money to make their dream come true. Directly below is a case study and some other work for one of our coolest winners (that I also helped make), as well as some of the work we did to promote the WRK+REC around the office.

we Built a mobile voting site for the agency to vote for their favorite idea.

We always had a crowded field of good ideas. our first funded project was a podcast about how to make advertising more diverse. It’s called borrowed interest. I voted for it. You should check it out.
